Cancellation policy: You will be charged the full fee for cancelled or rescheduled sessions with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as in the event of a no-show. Exceptions for unavoidable conflict or emergencies, under which we can make other arrangements to avoid the cancellation fee.

When you start therapy with us, we promise our full commitment to you, and we invite you to be equally engaged in the process.

We set aside dedicated appointment times exclusively for you. By intentionally limiting the number of clients we see, we ensure we can provide the highest level of care without risking burnout. This approach allows us to be fully present during your sessions. Additionally, outside of our working hours, we are committed to continuously enhancing our knowledge of inclusive and effective therapeutic practices to better support your goals.

Intensives

Intensive therapy packages start at $1575

Intensives can be scheduled as one time or recurring depending on your needs and goals. Costs are dependent on your specific program as well as when/where the intensive is scheduled (weekdays vs weekends, virtual vs in-person). I will give you a specific estimate during a consultation call once I understand what type of program may be most supportive for you.

Payment

Intensives require 50% down payment to hold your appointment. Payment in full is due on the day of services rendered before the session begins. I accept all major credit cards as forms of payment. There is a $20 fee for any declined or refused payments.

Cancellation Policy

There is a non-refundable down payment of 50% for the intensive week at time of scheduling. This covers the cost of any work done to set up your intensive beforehand. Cancellations within two weeks cannot be refunded, but we may be able to reschedule.
